Tracy Vadakumchery,

Hi! I’m

I’m “The Bad Indian Therapist”. I’m a licensed Indian American therapist in the US and a self-identified "South Asian Misfit". I help South Asian Americans and “Perfect” Indian Girls™ embrace their "bad" selves in order to defeat perfectionism anxiety, people-pleasing anxiety, shame, and guilt. I’m on a mission to challenge the model minority myth, imposter syndrome, and negative cultural beliefs about individuality.

Over 80% of my audience consists of South Asian Millennial women who want to feel culturally enough as they are, who want to feel valued and seen by society. They resonate with my empowering messages about boundaries, self-esteem, and true authenticity. Let’s build their belonging together!

What Brands Like You will LOVE:

Authenticity: I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to unique cultural insights into mental health, specifically for Indian American women. . My page is dedicated to helping South Asian women find what actually works for them and their well-being, not just what’s cookie-cutter. My page is also a source of inspiration for therapists who are just starting out in the field of private practice, and crave tips on how to make their workload work for them!

Proven Collaboration History: Brands trust me because of my high-value niche audience of both South Asians and therapists who look to my insights and recs! Check out these partnerships with:
